A MAKK portrait captures your story

Americo and Eva Makk are accomplished portrait artists and have had the honor to paint two U.S. Presidents, corporate CEO’s, movie stars, families, and pets and their people. Here are some examples of commissioned portraits:

Why Might You Commission a Portrait?

Portraits make great gifts to spouses, family, grandchildren, etc. They don’t even have to know that one is being created and it can be a total surprise!

A corporate portrait might even be leased, just as a copier or car is leased – with probably the same tax benefits. We encourage you to explore the possibilities with your accountant.

A portrait which is merged into a setting (such as a famous location in the West, Paris, Honolulu, Rome, etc.) creates not only a portrait for the family, but it willl forever be a beautiful painting for the general public.

Sometimes even a formal portrait can become very famous and loved by others. Think of the “Mona Lisa” and “Blue Boy.”
